My stay at Catalonia Atocha was mainly positive, thanks to the friendly staff and great location. The hotel had modern decor and clean facilities. However, I did encounter a few downsides, including a lack of complimentary water in the rooms and some disorganization during check-in.

I found my room to be very clean and modern, although it felt a bit dark due to its colors and courtyard view. The bathroom was particularly impressive, featuring two sinks, which made it feel luxurious.

I had a wonderful stay at Catalonia Atocha, with excellent staff and a great rooftop bar that provided lovely sunset views. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, though the breakfast price felt a bit steep. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I would definitely return.

I recently stayed at Catalonia Atocha for a week, and I was delighted with my experience overall. The location is fantastic, making it easy to walk to museums and attractions. My room was spacious and well-maintained, and I particularly enjoyed the high-quality breakfast. However, I did have some issues with noise from nearby festivities and a disturbing experience with spa charges that were mishandled. 🌇🍽️

The staff were polite and professional, always accommodating and friendly, although there was a lapse in communication regarding the incorrect billing for my spa treatment.
Location

The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options that catered to all diets. I appreciated that gluten-free bread was available for my wife.

While there were good amenities and a rooftop bar to unwind, I had a frustrating time with the spa billing, resulting in an overcharge that was not handled well.
